$5K give or take. I'm still catching up on deferred Mx from that last owner. I work it like a federal agency. If I don't spend $5k by time winter comes, I do one of my "nice to have" projects. Last spring I did one anyway (solar and battery upgrade).
So total for last year was $1k for a new couch and flooring, $4k for suspension maintenance and $2k for new batteries (all six), another 100 watts of solar and a 40 amp Grape controller.
This year it looks like I'll get off cheap with just and oil and filter change.
