we bought our coach in 2009, first year it was 6 new tires, a water filter, tires were age dated, the filter froze and broke in years prior to us buying, $520. each for the tires, $50 for the water filter, then we spent very little each year until 2014, when we bought an upgraded inverter/converter/ charger $3000. (Magnum 3500 Watt)
2015 we bought 4 new 6 volt deep cycle batteries, less than $500. and a exhaust manifold $850. This year our insurance company replaced the windshields and the bumper repair panel. $3500 for both pieces of glass installed. bumper repair panel $1700. and the new fuel tank $2300 delivered, for the tank, $2300 labor to install, The rest is nickel dime stuff we buy as upkeep.
My opinion keep good insurance on the coach. the huge and expensive repairs are mostly from accidents. and zero deductible on glass. you could get a busted windshield any time.
we have found the reputable repair shops for engine of frame work usually are around $200 per hour.
holly cat fish it cost you $4600 for a new fuel tank installed?
