You see and that's where I'm different from almost EVERYBODY. I don't look at the Material things I purchase as an Investment. So I really don't concern myself with the Depreciation factor. My happiness is priceless to me. I just want to enjoy myself with out putting a price tag on everything. I'm frugal because that's the way I was brought up, But 10k-50k in depreciation is not going to break me or the bank and I'm not going to cry about it. That's not why I bought my RV in the 1st place.
My truck is 11 yrs old. I bought it for the purposes intended for a truck, not because of the investment factor, nor did/do I ever consider it. If it Broke down tomorrow, It's ok because I feel that the 12 yrs I got out of it far exceeded my Expectations and I feel I got my money's worth. That's just me, I hope others can relate, if they can't that's fine too. What a boring world if we were all the same in all that we do.
