Equal locations, equal like taxes. Depends on that alone. Not which State you're in. My last home I sold has an annual of nearly $6K now. While my Texas homestead is @
$1,300.00 annually. Big difference in neighborhoods, as well as the over 65 nearly -50% tax cut in Texas.
