When have I reasonably earned a state sticker?

I would say if you drive through a state, you must stop at the rest area and touch the ground, then you can put the sticker on the map! LOL!

That way, there is an actual effort made for the sticker to be earned. The kids might be involved with their iphone's/ipads, etc., now, they have to get out and will look forward to 'earning' the sticker vs. just driving through the State.
