If the engine and tranny oil analysis come back good then fixing up the "house" parts might be advisable.
Also how old are the tires you may be needing to invest in new tires. The service life of properly maintained RV use tires is about 6-7 years. Just sitting in the sun without use weakens the tire to the point of failure which can cause lots of damage to the body of the rig.
You need to get the DOT code from the tires and figure the age. The tires may look perfect. Looks are NOT AN INDICATOR.
