If you can fix it yourself, you can take a good chunk out of the "where did the money go", I have a old 1986 Holiday Rambler, got it for dirt. only paid 4 k for it. Its my hobby to fix things. If I had to pay somebody to do anything on it, I would never have gotten the thing. If it makes you happy to play with things and trouble shoot it changes everything. If you just throw money at it, and hope the problems go away, don't count on it ever being done they way you really want. My out look is a little different then most here. I will try to fix just about anything right.
