When we quit buying them. As long as there is someone who will buy them with lackluster quality they will build them that way. As long as people keep buying RV's with gaudy interiors they will build them that way.
I read many posts on this an other forums about how complex these things are and that we should expect some defects to come from the factory that have to be fixed by the dealer or owner. Bunk. Things break and have to be replaced or repaired. But leaking plumbing, parts that do not fit, slides that don't, and shoddy assembly is not something that the owner (or dealer) should "discover".
