The reason is simple. RV OEM's DO listen to customers. They found out that the Oven/Range combo was not an item the majority of RVers wanted. They wanted just the range with a Convection oven. The RVers wanted that drawer space instead of an Oven that they rarely used. They also did not like the limitations of learning HOW to correctly cook in an RV LP oven. Those ovens rarely operate and cook like regular Residential ovens(easier to overcook or burn things). I will tell you, that once the women learn how to use the convection oven, they love it. They did not think they would at first, but once they get the hang of it, they like it. Adding a Range/Oven after the sale does NOT cost that much. If you do not have one, then the price of the RV reflected that omission. So, you buy the Oven/Combo and the only added expense is the labor to install it if you cannot do the work. Doug
