We were looking for a late model used car. We found the type we wanted but, it did not have leather seats.
The salesman said we could we could send it somewhere and have it converted to leather 'after we bought the car.' We kept looking and found what we wanted.
Yes, it would bother me to spend a ton of money for a RV and then spend more to have it modified.
The PRICE of a Auto reflects Leather or Cloth. You do NOT get Leather as a "free" mistake in the price. You do as you did, but the Auto you found was a higher price because of the Leather. Doug
