When we were shopping for As, we really wanted an oven. We ended up with one with drawers instead. I bake and roast a lot, using the convection oven. It is magnitudes better than the standard RV oven: it doesn't burn stuff on the bottom, heat unevenly, or require gymnastics to light. While I can't bake or roast while dry camping any more, I still wouldn't take the regular RV oven over the convection oven I currently have.
Could you help her pull stuff out of the convection oven? Or get a really sturdy step stool she can stand on...
