We saw one while in Tennessee this past July! I tried to be friendly and said hi to the wife two or three times. She ignored me completely. But I have a 2001 Beaver and in a lot lower class than her I guess. She had a little three wheel scooter with a basket for her dog(a poodle)! I am sure she does not pick up dog poop ever, beneath her I am sure!
