Bendare2, the seminar was at ETLC and was not for us to work on our coaches, as an Accountant (retired), I will not be doing that as I could cause more damage. LOL!
The seminar was for us to UNDERSTAND our coaches. We know these are complicated machines. They recommended certain tools to have on board, all belts and filters for the engine and generator.
They raised up two coaches to look under to show where the air tanks were, the slack adjusters on older coaches and the A-arms on the front (bushings, etc.).
The class covered many things (EGR, wiring diagrams, norgren valves, air bags, etc). It's just good to know what is going on and how to explain to a tech if we need help on the road.
