I got it level by using a carpenter's level here and there inside to get a compromise of "level" (everywhere is different) and then put a level on the dash by the radio for side to side, and one on the driver's door for fore and aft. I prefer the stove burners be level so an egg will stay in the middle of the frying pan.
Instead of the three-level ramps, I have Rhino ramps that give you more choice how high to be. Usually, the front is low but not the same side to side. I put the higher side (but still low) ramp farther ahead of that tire. Drive up on both and it comes up level fore and aft, and also the low side goes higher on its ramp, with that ramp being closer to the tire at the start.
