Where is H20 drain plug located, how to purify?

Does anyone where the drain plug is located in an 1994 Allegro Bay Basement Model? I can't seem to find it. Would pouring a few drops of bleach be sufficient to sterilize it and how long does it need ...

I would like to see what happens here----My water smells awful and I have several times in the past put in Clorox and a commercial water pureafier and it gets no better....Seems fine when hooked to shore water but smells awful otherwise.
