Where is H20 drain plug located, how to purify?

Does anyone where the drain plug is located in an 1994 Allegro Bay Basement Model? I can't seem to find it. Would pouring a few drops of bleach be sufficient to sterilize it and how long does it need ...

That is why I told you to go over to www.tiffinrvnetwork.com. Those guys will tell you exactly where to find that valve. And there are instructions there on sanitizing your fresh water tank too.
