Where to "dump" when not at campgrounds?
We'll be parking our B in a friend's driveway and staying in it for a few weeks. We'll use their water & electric, but where can we go to dump black water in a large city?

Many integral garages have exposed sewer pipes going down the wall. They usually have clean outs near the floor that can be opened and used as a dump point.
