We have one sensor bracket attached with double back tape in a small void under the outside of a slide out. The newest sensor also reports humidity as well as temperature. My propane compartment might be a candidate but it also gets lots of road dirt/water etc from the front wheel.
The generator space may also be suitable except when the generator is in operation.
Where did you put yours and how did you attach it?
I supered glued a heavy magnet to the sensor and placed in in the frame rail under the kitchen window with the other part on the counter..chuck
