Which grease, ford chasis?

It's time to change the oil and grease the zerks! My owners manual does not specify what type grease to use. I know there are various compatability issues with grease, and I have no idea what was put in the last time. Anysuggestions?

Chassis grease is chassis grease. Go to your local auto parts store and get a tube of their cheapest grease. There is no compatibility issue with chassis grease, only wheel bearing grease and differential oils have compatibility issues.

Any high quality grease would do.

I prefer a grease containing Molybdenum Disulfide (MoS2) It is an extreme pressure additive and works very well for suspension lubrication.

Here are a couple of examples.

Mobil XHP 222

Valvoline Moly Fortified Ford-Lincoln-Mercury grease.
