I would suggest going older than three years so for your price you have something that was upper middle with more options and better built.
At 10 years my 04 is worth a little less than 50% of what I paid for it at six months old... which is a lot more than zero. I do not see any reason why it will not go another 10 years without major problems and even then at 50% of current price it's still a lot more than zero.
While we are only half timers, I would not want to do it in a 35'. BUY MORE MH THAN YOU THINK YOU NEED... ONE TIME.
