For someone with no experience towing a trailer, the motorhome will be much easier to park.
If one was to take the time to properly learn how to handle a trailer, it still would usually be a bit more difficult than a MH. That said they are all different and some situations work better for trailers or 5'ers.
Having had a TT, 5'er and now a 44' Class A, all I can say is that they all worked, with the class A typically a little easier to back in. I did have a lot of experience pulling stock trailers so that really helped.
Biggest advantage of the MH is you can always see your spotter is she stands at the rear corner of the coach. An inexperienced driver and spotter can make backing a trailer a real chore, or very entertaining for those watching.
