I'm on my 4th class A (32', 40', 38', 36'), and still have a 31' 5th.
the A's are easier than the 5th hands down.
The 5th is harder because the trailer doesnt respond like the A does to steering inputs.
To get the 5th to turn a near 90 degree turn, you spin the steering wheel and wait for the truck to turn enough so it causes the trailer to turn at that radius. There is a lot of lag between steering input and trailer response on a 5th. It doesnt exists on a A, to get an A to make a near 90 degree turn you simply spin the steering wheel and it starts turning at that radius.
