Which shock has the best ride for my DP MH Freightliner XC?

I have a 2001 Fleetwood Discovery on a Freightliner XC chassis.

My MH takes every crack, expansion joints, bumps, uneven payment extremely hard, jarring and leaning/rocking left and right in and out of driveways.

I am looking for a softer ride on the expansion joints, bumps, tar stripes, in and out of driveways, etc.

The GVWR of my MH is 26,500.

1. Is either Koni FSD or Bilstein better for the weight of the MH?

2. Will the KONI FSD shock provide a hard ride or soft ride?

3. Will Bilstein shocks provide a hard ride or soft ride?
