A little update ! Had a service call from Whirlpool last week. Tech comes out and tried to reset by the unplug method to no avail. He ordered both boards, one in the dispenser door and the one in the back of fridge just to make sure he had them both. The next morning I go to the coach and it's working properly and making ice as it should, call whirlpool back and tell them to hold on ordering parts ! Yep ,you've got it , the next morning it's not working so I call them back and have them order the parts! To be continued .....:h
