Try calling the state on double tow laws and see where that gets you, beside what phone number, on another rv forum 2 people called the Cali highway patrol, one officer gave the wrong info and the other did not understand the new Cali law on double tow, just asking others that do the same and how has it been, I am legal so far as I know in Nevada, Utah, Idaho, Wyoming, Montana and Texas..
