I just set my motorhome up to tow double, I now flat tow a Jeep and a 13 foot inflatable boat/trailer that is hooked to my Jeep, my whole setup from front of motorhome bumper to back of boat is 64 foo...

I believe your equipment would be legal on most roads but certainly restricted on some due to curves.
No special license needed in Nevada to tow double as long as I am under 70 foot, as to Cali law it states on Cali residents need the special endorsement on Cali license to double tow, out of state drivers are legal if its legal in their state to double tow without special license, but I do need the medical certificate for Cali only, that's how I read it, but 20 people read it and you get 20 different answers.
