My former truck shop maintained a mobile medical clinic housed in a modified Class A motorhome on a 2002 Triton V10 powered F53 chassis for a number of years. The vehicle was retired when there were enough new permanent rural clinics in the area to serve the population. It had something over 200,000 miles on it with no significant engine/driveline failures, mostly just routine maintenance. As I recall, a failed injector and a failed COP were probably the most serious problems that occurred. Both routine repairs. At retirement in 2014, the vehicle was donated to a rural community medical group somewhere in the southwest, and may still be going strong today.
