Really like our 2013 CRV. Bought it expressly to tow behind our RV. Honda dealer reaffirmed the towing capability. Paid Camping World for the best tow bar/braking/lighting setup they had (in my opinion). Cost Thousands. Discovered on first trip that you must pull a fuse if you have the navigator or battery will deplete after a few hours. Then the CRV staerted to lose the navigator/radio intermittently. Appeared to be related to the temperature. Honda would not diagnose until I had CW uninstall the electronics they had put in since they had attached a brake relay switch to the fuse block. Once that was done, Honda found that the fuse block was faulty causing an intermittent short on the number 19 fuse for the navi/radio system. Took three trips to Honda and two to CW to fully resolve. Honda was very quick to blame Camping World, contending that "this never happens to a Honda." They replaced the fuse block under the warranty but do not want to reimburse me for what Camping World charged to undo and redo the electronics so I could tow. I am anticipating the same from Honda should I ever have another electrical/electronic problem. Kudos to Camping World for discounting the labor charges for the extra work. Service Rep at CW said they get this from car dealers once in awhile with Honda being at top of the list.
