I have a warranty contract purchased from Wholesale Warranty. Look for the fine print "water damage" the company I have, has used that as a reason not to replace an antenna dome system because it is out in the weather. I have review camera issues and they blew that off too. WW no longer does business with this company, because of the practices, but I'm still stuck with them. That said, I recently had several thousand dollars in repairs completed at Spartan and they covered most of it. They argue and only pay a percentage of the cost. I do not remember reading that they only "pay a percentage", they only state that the part is covered in the contract. Currently I have received repairs double the initial cost of the warranty contract. Of course they are only good if the warranty company will pay and you jump through all the obstacles in the path for payment. One of them is sending out an inspector. He verifies the problem, they delay more, and challenge the repair facility that I did not want the repair, even after I signed a repair order. Of course all this takes time and effort of the repair facility personnel. Their solution is not to return calls or talk to the repair facility. I think they try to out wait the repair facility and the owner. The repair facility must at sometime move on to another vehicle.
