- powderman426ExplorerI will be at the Silver Dollar Rv and Golf resort in Odessa. Near Tampa. Stop by and we can play a round.
- carp65ExplorerWe have spent the last 8 Christmas seasons in our RV. The past
4 years we have met friends from Nova Scotia at Stephen Foster
State Park in Florida. Beautiful park and beautifully decorated
for the season. A carillon tower plays Christmas music and the
music of Stephen Foster during the day. The only thing missing
is the white stuff called snow! - pusherpilotExplorerIf we can ever get out of Branson we'll be spending Christmas in So Cal in the MH where we usually do. Right now there's about a foot of snow that fell yesterday and last nite and it's still snowing!!! We used to leave right after Thanksgiving and I think I'll restore that policy.
Ron - OhhWellExplorerNope but there is a pretty large RV park across the street from work here and I saw a lot of Christmas lights on the rigs last night.
- wa8yxmExplorer IIIOn Thanksgiving Thursday. I was on the road, about half way from Summer to Winter quarters (Would rather have done that about Halloween). Arrived in winter quarters on Black Friday afternoon.
By the way, if you do not need to be "First in line" 7am Friday is a great time to shop Wal*mart, more employees than customers at that hour.
(I did have to sleep 7 miles away though, nearest parking).
For Christmas I will be in Church. Well, when I get time to sleep it will be in MH but I'm going to be spending a lot of time in Church. Hazard of chior. - JTHarleyExplorerWe are visiting family from the 23rd to the 26th camping in the driveway plugged into 50 amp……the day after Christmas we start the trek south and spend the next 4 months running away from the cold. We are already planning next year to leave BEFORE the season and right after thanksgiving. I don't want to be in Michigan anymore after December 1

As full-timers, all our holidays are spent in our sleigh! Ho-Ho-Ho
X2. It is the only place to be. - ArchHoaglandExplorerWe started a trip on Christmas day a few years ago. It was great because the traffic was very light.
- smlrangerExplorerWe will spend Christmas in the bus visiting family then heading to Myrtle Beach for week after Christmas. We park on street in front of DW's family home and they have installed a 30amp RV outlet that we use. Special celebration for us this year since I just had some successful minor surgery to remove some cancer and got good report from doc :)
- TrapExplorerThis will be our first since we're now fulltimin and this is our first winter where it will be warm enough to spend in a RV
