For us(me) the big deal was sq ft of floor space. I,m up at 5:00/5:30 and I close the bedroom door and the DW sleep. If the DGKs are with us there is space for them.
We have the Ford V10 with a Banks PpowerSystem and Trans Control. Our last trip averaged out about 8 mpg, 8.5 was the best tank(S) was 8.5 mpg. Lowest was one streach at 6.5mpg.
The V10 as equipted is a joy after a 454 Chevy.
