I had an unused spare on our first B after 61,000 miles. I didn't have a spare tire with my former Great West Van Legend for over 65,000 miles including a trip to Alaska and back. I don't have one with my new Advanced RV. I look at it this way. Having a flat is an inconvenience like a fender bender accident knowing I couldn't do anything without service anyway. Either way you'll be incapacitated and being retired we have time on our hands to work through it. With 140,000 miles of B touring the odds are fine.
