We carry two spares for our RV with Michelin XPS Ribs. It's probably overkill but so is any insurance. I once started out on a long trip and had a flat tire on the interstate just a few miles from my house. Instead of turning around we just put one of the spares on and continued on our way with the second spare to ease our minds.
