Why don't all electrical plugs work on inverter only??

My Holiday Rambler Neptune is wired in such a way that I must be either on generator or shore power to get all of my electrical outlets to work. One outlet that closest to the bed won't work unless we...

Went through this exercise last week. I had to figure out what was on the inverter because I'm replacing a broken one. The Sahara has a 2500W inverter and it powers everything except the fridge, A/Cs and a single plug and light. The convection microwave will use a big chunk of that, but if I'm dry camping I'd probably plan meals to be grilling.
