Why don't dealers want to order for customer request??

I heard that Phoenix USA exports PCs with a different B+/C cab-over design which offers sleeping for one or two occupants. For whatever the reason, they don't advertise it. I would really like to see what that cab-over looks like, assuming what I heard is true.
