Summer camping begins for my DH and me end of June. Last summer we camped to Seattle to visit friends. This summer may just be short trips in Wisconsin and Minnesota. DH may need to take a course in person (vs online) for his teaching accreditation. Sigh. - FastpaddlerExplorer

Most of the lists I am on that were strictly regulated and kept on topic died off. The ones I am on that let off topic topics roll on are pretty healthy.
I have a 1992 conversion van that I converted into an RVan. While at a campground I had problems with my overhead Coleman AC/heater and the "fixer" who came to the campground fixed the wiring that was rusted from a leak around the outside port. He told me my van was much better insulated than the big rigs all around me.
So I fled Wisconsin and am here hiding out in Florida for the worst of the cold, snow and ice.
Hi Ingrid. Wondered where you were this winter and now I know. Our winter--wasn't here on Vancouver Island South side. I take my Sprinter PW out once in a while for a cruise around the countryside. Camping starts in June. - EscargotExplorerThe B Forum is not as lively because people finally got the message that a B+ is not a B? ;)

Probably one of two reasons: 1) everyone who currently owns one is 100% satisfied and simply have nothing to say. 2) The cost of purchasing a new one is so much, no one can afford to buy a new one, so there's nothing to discuss there either.
A wise observation. Anything new on the market hits 90K before ending up over 100K and then the Sprinters: sky is the limit.
I have been looking at a new rig. My current one looks better all the time. With these new Ford and Dodge chassis, hopefully RV builders can offer something closer to what the average person can afford. Don't they do any market research!? - 1775ExplorerWhat I have noticed over the years on the forums on RV.net is that in the winter, there is some activity talking about campgrounds and travel in warm areas of the country, and in the various forums more talk about researching to buy than in dealing with problems - the Class B forum included. Then as the Spring gets underway, the activity increases greatly, there is more activity about trip planning on the East Coast and elsewhere, and progressing through the season the problems that come up RVing are discussed more and more.
Now if it would only stop snowing, maybe it might look like all things Class B can get started again... - stan909ExplorerI did notice a lull , but thought it was the season. Love the forum just wish the search thingy worked better. Way back when I first joined the Class a forum the search thingy worked great. They improved the forum and it all went away but I still come every day. Thanks rv.net.

Robert, That is not stealthy. In the states it would stand out like an orange fudge cycle and attract kids while driving down the street. :D ;)
Not here though. Of course you get many cream and white Vans, but many multicoloured jobs as well - DavyddExplorerRobert, That is not stealthy. In the states it would stand out like an orange fudge cycle and attract kids while driving down the street. :D ;)
