Yes, you have the greasable fan hub zirk. And, yes, it is a Caterpillar 3126.
The only way to access mine is through a hatch in the closet. I point it out and ask them to leave the hatch off when done. I'll put it back after checking that zerk got zerked, 3126E. Last time serviced they found a blown out manifold gasket that would not have been discovered unless seen from the top, or until a problem perhaps.
