Will RG6 cable carry the HDTV signal to my new TV?

Who's receiver do you have? Dish? If so the receiver I have that runs 2 tv's only displays
1080P to TV1. TV2 is in 720P. Possibly you could split the single HDMI output then convert HDMI to coax. I can't tell if that would work or not.
