windsheild wipers erratic operation

My Georgetown 2011 ford f 53 chassis has started giving an erratic operation on the windshield wipers. They will not turn off without turning the engine off. The intermittent operation will not work. It does work at high setting but again needs to have the engine off to stop. and it frequently does not return to home.

If any one has have a referral to a repair source of info it would be appreciated.
