Is your Newmar a 2005? If so, I would not take it back to the factory. There is a closer place in Eugene, Washington called RV Glass Solutions. They specialize only in replacing glass in RV's. They do not mechanical work, no service and do not sell RV's.
The gentleman's name who helped us was Dave Beaty. Their phone number is 1-888-777-67787. Our MH had a one piece windshield that had popped out. The windshield became cracked when another glass dealer Nevada tried to replace just the gasket. RV Glass was very professional; they took many measurements to insure the windshield opening was within spec. We never had another problem with the windshield after they replaced it.
