Windshield Wiper question with picture

Just put on new windshield wipers and for lack of knowing what the piece is called isn't on the new wiper. In the pic you will see what I mean. I don't know what to ask for when I call for parts. Any suggestions would be great. Thanks. Both of these pieces were broke on the other ones.

    And on the other arm, the rectangular piece at the bottom is completely broken off, so I'm assuming it means a whole new hose. UGH!

    That mounts to the screw that holds the wipers onto the arm.

    Correct. I have no way of connecting that to the new wiper blade or arm.

    You talking about the thing hanging I suppose? That should be the windshield washer hose. Are you saying there is no way to mount it back on the new blades?

    That is the spray head for washer fluid. They don't come with new wipers and must be ordered separately.
