Loose items outside can include your sewer hose. We were at one RV park and the gusts were so high it did blow the neighbor's sewer hose away from the surface drain hole. This became a mess since they didn't notice it until the next morning.
Just saying that a lot of people do not weigh down the sewer line or securely fasten it to the park's sewer drain.
