Winegard Travler "NO LNB Voltage"

I have a slightly more than two year old Trav'ler System installed on my Tiffin Phaeton using Directv SMW system with an HR 54 main box and two Genie's. System has worked perfectly since installation. I needed to relevel the coach the other day so I stowed the Trav'ler, re-leveled the coach and then attempted to open the Trav'ler. All looked good until the control box returned a No LNB Voltage alert and the system went into an auto stow mode.

Did some trouble shooting from things found on line, Replaced the Wingard cable from the LNB to the turret but that did not help. Had a Directv guy try out a replacement LNB but still no go. He said his tester was showing a good signal through the cabling from inside the coach right to the LNB.

Called Winegard and told them what I had done as far as troubleshooting. They said the problem was therefore internal to the turret and I would need to return it to them for repair.

Seems odd to me that this problem just magically appeared. Any thoughts on other potential causes? Has anyone opened the turret?? Possibly just a loose wire or a circuit board that needs re-seating?? It's out of warranty. Thanks
