Wingard In-Motion roof mounted satellite receiver

We have a 2015 Tiffin Open Road, bought used and it has a Winegard in motion satellite receiver on the roof, and a dedicated Direct TV receiver in the TV compartment in our bedroom. Are considering...

In motion? I just dont see the need or logical reason for it. But thats me. You will only be able to get Direct SD programming. If you want HD, and remember Direct is planning to end SD programming in the next few years you will need a different antenna. I suspect that you would be able to convert to Dish and then your antenna will allow you to get HD programming.
