Wingard Traveler
We installed a Wingard Traveler for Direct TV in 2010. I looks like it is time for a new one or we have to remove this one and ship it to Wingard for a rebuild ... Has anyone ever done this?

Did the tech go on the roof. It's REALLY common for the coax cable to need a tightening at the connection on the roof to bring the signal back. 7/16" wrench.
