Jack is livid over it...we should not have to do this to keep out those pesky mosquitos. A brand new unit should have window screens that actually do the job :(
Deb you can also with the window open and inside screen off and a narrow screwdriver, or skinny fingers, put a bit of the duct seal around the window crank gaps.
We have to blame Mercedes for some of those problems, not all WGO. Some of the gaps came from Mercedes that way, like the ones on the slider door. Some were caused by the vinyl paneling on the sides not fitting as well as it could. Just looked at a 2011 Great West sprinter van last night. The owners complained about the same gaps and were impressed at our fix. (not trying to brag, just happened to figure out something that works and fixes a problem that should not exist in the first place).
