Winnebago Journey 2002 Can't Find J Port - HELP HELP

Just bought a Scangauge D to be installed in my Journey 2002. Searched under the dash high and low, can not find the J Port. Called both Winny and Freightliner, both say "it's in there", but i can't...

I once owned a 2003 Journey DL and never found the port under the dash either. They must have done a good job of hiding it because FL couldn't find it either.
