If you go here you can download the product brochures for the 2007 models, or select a different year on the "previous page" link. Then you can compare what is 'standard' and 'optional' for any particular model.
As you can see, they are lined up by matching models for the Winnebago and Itasca lines... Journey and Meridian, Tour and Ellipse, Vectra and Horizon.
Winnebago does have a habit of dropping models and shifting things around a bit in some years; for example at the moment the Vectra/Horizon line is gone and the Tour/Ellipse is the top-end.
