It will take quite a while to get that tank up to that pressure. And while you are blowing out, you need to be running around opening faucets and toilet valves. I would bite the bullet and spend enough money for a good small compressor with a tank. Complete winterizing in about 15 minutes. A hundred dollars should do it.
Just clamp on the hose. Turn on the compressor. And open faucets and toilet flush valve.
The other option is to just pump the antifreeze in, without blowing the lines. The A/F will push the water out. And leave nothing but A/F in the lines. And fill the p-traps while doing it. Three gallons of Antifreeze should be about $12. That process also takes about 15 minutes. Then to Un-winterize, just run some water thru the lines.
