Winterizing our Georgie Boy Cruise Master

Does anyone have a plumbing Diagram for a 96 Georgie Boy Cruise Master? I'm in the process of winterizing our "new" RV. I have only had past experience with travel trailers and the plumbing set-up on the GBM cruise master is a little puzzling to me. I'm looking for the bypass to add the RV antifreeze for the pump and the Water Heater. Also while I'm at it, when we hooked up our water in our travel trailer at a campground the system worked of of "shore" pressure. When I hooked up the GBM it filled the tank and then started overflowing so I had to shut it off and run off the pump. Is there now way to seal the system to run off "Shore" pressure?
  • Doesn't it have a rotating valve thst says TANK or CITY? Think it has other positions also. Can't help with anti freeze because I just blow out my lines.
  • Working from memory, you should have a check valve or a handle to direct where the water goes (tank or MH.) That is a leaker on yours. When on shore it leaks into the tank and fills it. There is an overflow on that tank which then kicks in.
  • Hey bobs51 I will look and see. I have a 97 GB and and the manuals if I do maybe I can send a copy to you if you would like.

I have a 1996 GBM. I just drain and flush the hot water tank put the plug back in. There are 2 low point drains in the water compartment that drain the pipes and tank. They have 2 T handles that you pull up to drain. Once drained I close them and attach a compressor to the city water fill via a fitting with a schrader vale that you can purchase at Walmart. Switch the city water valve to fill and just blow the remaining water from the lines from the shower, bathroom sink, kitchen sink and outside shower. Hope this helps.
